Monthly parking permit cards can be obtained at City Hall, 100 N. Appleton St., 5th Floor Customer Service desk Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monthly parking permits are available for all City owned ramps.
- YELLOW RAMP main entrance located at 130 East Washington Street (secondary entrance on East Franklin Street)
- RED RAMP main entrance located at 134 South Superior Street (secondary entrance on North Appleton Street)
- GREEN RAMP main entrance located at 315 West Washington Street (secondary entrance on North Division Street)
All entrances are equipped with card readers for your convenience.
Permit rates: $30.00 per month plus tax for unlimited daily access at the Green Ramp, Yellow Ramp and Red Ramp. A $3.00 plus tax administration fee will be added to the initial purchase price of new permits/cards. Replacement charge for lost/stolen permits/cards is $3.00 plus tax. Cash, Money Order, Check or Credit Cards are accepted.
Permits may be purchased in calendar month increments (Jan., Feb., Mar., etc.) and may also be purchased for consecutive multiple months (Jan – Mar). Permits may only be purchased for months within the current calendar year. Permits purchased during the month will be prorated on a bi-monthly basis.
No refunds are issued for unused portions of permits.
Commercial accounts must be renewed by the 25th day of the month for the following month to avoid first of the month shut-off and possible reactivation charge.
Permits must be renewed by the last working day of the month. Your access card will be turned off denying you access into the ramp at midnight on the last day of the month.
Permit availability is limited at some locations due to the number of available stalls.
At times during the year a ramp may have a waiting list. If you do not renew your permit, your "spot" will be sold to the next customer on that waiting list.
Parking from 2:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. is allowed in ramps or lots with a valid permit for that ramp or lot.
Reminder: Secure your vehicle and do not leave valuables in your vehicle. The City is not responsible for items left in your vehicle.
Parking is permitted in any unreserved stall. Please observe the short-term (3-hour limit) signs on certain levels within the ramp.
Credit Card Payments: Point & Pay charges a minimum $1.50 convenience fee for each $50.00 accrual, regardless of the number of transactions paid. The City of Appleton does not receive any portion of the convenience fee.
