The City of Appleton is dedicated to the creation of a thriving urban community through provision of assistance to low- and moderate-income (LMI) households in the forms of basic shelter, affordable housing opportunities, expanded economic opportunities, suitable living environments and supportive services related to residential, financial and social stability.
These provisions are supported through various state and federal grant programs, including:
- Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
- Emergency Solutions Grant, Housing Program, and Homeless Prevention Program (EHH)
- Continuum of Care Grant (CoC)
