In our efforts to attract and retain the best and brightest of the workforce, the Appleton Police Department has developed a mentoring program designed to help new employees successfully acclimate to our culture and organization. 

APD employees assigned as mentors meet with their protégés regularly while they advance through their probationary period. Mentors explain processes and procedures of the Department, give honest feedback, and offer guidance based upon his or her own personal experiences.
