Spring Branch and Brush Collection (posted April 16, 2012)
Curbside pickup is free during this time only April 23 thru May 11, 2012.
Yard waste will be picked up curbside on the day FOLLOWING your regular garbage day.
If your garbage collection is on Friday, yard waste collection will be done on the Monday before.
Yard waste must be in containers, lawn & leaf bags or tied into bundles.- Containers should have handles, be 33 gallons or less and weigh less than 45 pounds when full.
- Lawn & leaf bags can be purchased at most hardware stores & home improvement centers.
- Branches and brush must be cut to 4 foot lengths and bundled with twine. Bundles must be less than 2 feet around and weigh less than 45 pounds.
- In spring, branches, brush and lawn bags must be placed on your terrace, between the sidewalk and the curb, the night before collection.
Please do not use plastic bags, boxes, tarps or 55 gallon fiber barrels or their liners.
