The City of Appleton Water Utility filed a rate increase application with the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin (PSCW) on Friday, April 23, 2010. The application requested the need to increase revenues $2.5 million or 14%. The utility’s last full rate increase authorized by the PSCW was effective January 1, 2009. |
