I want to get an application for the Rental Rehabilitation Loan Program. (Community Development - Housing Rehab Loan)
Applications are not currently being accepted for the Rental Rehabilitation Loan Program. Due to high demand, the City of Appleton currently has a waiting list for this program. If you own a low-income rental property and would like to be placed on the waiting list for this program, please contact the Housing Coordinator, Laura Roy at 920-832-6007.
