I want to play my guitar and sing on College Avenue, can I? (Attorney's Office - General)
The City does not have a street performer license at this time so the same rules as picketing/protesting apply. You can sing and play on College Avenue as long as you do not impede the flow of traffic (foot or vehicle) and YOU CANNOT ASK FOR MONEY. Nothing prohibits you from leaving your guitar case open for people to throw money in, if they wish, but you cannot ask for it!
