If you have a question regarding what happens in court, please contact the Assistant City Attorney's Assistant at 920/832-1580.
If you would like to contest your citation, you may either file a written 'not guilty' plea with the Clerk of Courts or you may attend the initial appearance, which is the date listed on the citation/ticket. At that time, you will need to ask for a pre-trial conference. If you are not satisfied with the results of the pre-trial conference, you may ask to schedule a trial date.
