I want to contest my citation (Attorney's Office - General)
To contest your citation, you may either file a written 'not guilty' plea with the Clerk of Courts or you may attend the initial appearance, which is the date listed on the citation/ticket. At that time you will need to ask for a pre-trial conference. If you are not satisfied with the results of the pre-trial conference, you may ask to schedule a trial date.
