January 1st The assessment date – All property is assessed as it existed on this date.
March 1st Last day to file personal property returns.
Beginning the
2nd Monday in
May Board of Review meets. (Check with the clerk or assessor for exact dates.)
January 31st Full payment of taxes due OR if paying in installments, due date of first tax installment payment.
