VALLEY TRANSIT: News Releases

Valley Transit Service Disrupted During Flag Day Parade

June 7, 2005

Due to street closures for the annual Appleton Flag Day Parade, Valley Transit will not operate service between 1:00 PM and 4:15 PM on Saturday, June 11. Passengers wishing to ride the buses downtown should catch the bus before 1:00 p.m., as most buses with stops in downtown Appleton will not run during the parade.  The buses will run on the regular Saturday schedule before 1:15 PM and will resume after 4:15 PM. Service on Route 40-West Fox Valley and on Route 31-Inner Neenah will not be disrupted during the parade.

For more information call Valley Transit at 920/832-5800.
