Call-A-Ride Rules

1. Rides must be taken between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Monday through Saturday.

2. All rides must originate and/or terminate within the Call-A-Ride zone.

3. Reservations must be made at least 2 hours prior to your trip. 

4. Passengers can schedule trips up to 14 days in advance.

5. Passengers can also schedule up to 2 weeks of regularly scheduled trips in advance.

6. If a round trip is needed, it must be scheduled at the time of the original call.

7. One hour or more notice is required to cancel your trip.
