Call-A-Ride RESERVATIONS

Advance reservations are required for the Call-A-Ride service. Passengers can schedule Call-A-Ride Trips through Fox Valley Cab by calling 920/734-4546 at least 2 hours before your trip. 

Reservations are accepted between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Please see our Rules section for more information on making reservations.

easy scheduling tips

Follow these easy steps.

1. State and spell your name. 

2. Give the date of your trip.

3. Give the full address of your pick-up location and destination.

4. Give your requested pick-up time. 

5. If you will be transferring to a Valley Transit fixed route, be sure to tell the scheduler what time that route departs the Transit Center so you can make your connection.

6. After booking your initial trip, please inform the scheduler whether this will be one-way service or if you will need a return trip.

7. Always allow at least 30 minutes to reach your destination. This is a shared-ride service and the driver may pick up other passengers on his way to your destination.

8. Be ready at your scheduled pick-up time. Driver’s will wait only 5 minutes.
