The Thompson
Community Center is an independent, non-profit service
agency in the community. The Parks & Recreation
Department works in conjunction with other agencies to
bring a variety of programs to provide the senior
community a variety of programs. There is no membership
fee and everyone is invited to attend all activities.
Besides recreation programs, the Center offers support
groups for care-givers, the Visually Impaired, and a
Volunteer Peer Counselors Group. Call 731-1322 for your
"Senior Connection", providing you information
on community services for seniors.
