WATER WALKING/LAP SWIM
With the use of a
flotation belt this relaxing form of exercise
increases stamina, tones muscles and aids in weight
control. Walkers need not know how to swim, and
everyone walks at their own pace. Join us at West
Pool,
no pre-registration is required. For a more rigorous
workout, check out our Swimnastics
program (listed below). Pool calendars located
above under "Open Swim Schedule."
SWIMNASTICS
Ease into the pool
for a sensational water workout. Water exercise is
easy on the joints and great for flexibility. Trim and
tone your body using the buoyancy of water and it’s
natural resistance. A wonderful program for
non-swimmers, too. Just wear a suit and bring a towel. Pool
calendars located above under "Open Swim
Schedule."
