  2. All groups reserving park pavilions and special areas will be charged at the normal rate. Schools using the park pavilions as part of their normal classroom activities, Monday through Friday only, will not be charged a rental fee.
  3. Park pavilions available for rent during the winter months (December – March) will have rates equal to half the rate charged for the remainder of the year.
  4. Reservations for park pavilions and special areas can be made up to 12 months in advance.
  5. A full refund of a rental fee for a cancellation of a park pavilion or special area will be made only if the facility can be rented to another party for the date canceled.
  6. All refunds are subject to a $10.00 processing fee.
  7. All applications for facility reservations must be made at least five (5) business days in advance of the reservation date. Applications not made before this time period will be charged an additional $10.00 for the reservation.
  8. Organizations/groups that have reserved park pavilions and/or special areas for special events shall have 30 days after the date of the special event to reserve the park pavilion or special area. After 30 days, the Parks and Recreation Department will make the pavilion available to other interested parties.
  9. All park pavilions and special areas have maximum capacities set by safety code regulations, planned seating capacities, and parking provisions. The Parks and Recreation Department reserves the right to deny any reservation application if the expected attendance will exceed the safe capacity of the facility so as to endanger public health and safety.
