(1) All materials become the property of the City of Appleton Parks and Recreation Department.

(2) Cultivators and species will be determined by the Parks and Recreation Department.

(3) Specific park location shall be by mutual agreement between the donor and the Appleton Parks and Recreation Department.

(4) General site location will be determined by the Parks and Recreation Department.

(5) A 6" x 8" stainless steel or brass plaque can be donated along with a tree, shrub, or flowers, etc., and will be installed on a shelter (if shelter is on the park site) by the Parks and Recreation Department staff.
