Adopt a Hydrant
The Water Distribution Division is
encouraging citizens to adopt a fire hydrant. You can adopt a
hydrant in your neighborhood by keeping the hydrant clear of snow
and easily accessible for the Fire Department in case of emergency.
Water Distribution crews are limited, which makes it almost
impossible to clean around the City's 2,500 hydrants. Please help
keep your neighborhood safe by adopting a fire hydrant.
