Cross Streets Alone?
If your child is less than 7 years
old - NO! He/she does not have the physical ability to
gather information to make a safe judgment. Without adequate
vision, hearing, knowledge and thought processes, children are poor
decision makers and poor pedestrians. For this reason,
children up to age 7 are involved in more accidents than older
children.
