Scheduling an Appointment

Please Note:  The inspections are only required for homes that were built prior to 1980

1.    A clearwater inspection is scheduled with a City inspector by calling 920-832-6411 during our normal business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  Inspections may be scheduled mornings between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. and also afternoons between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.  Inspections are generally scheduled in half-hour increments (i.e.-11:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m.), however, appointments can also be set up to meet during a certain time frame-say for example 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.  We will always attempt to be at the appointment as early as possible. For example, if an 11:00-11:30 a.m. inspection is set up, we will try to be there as close to 11:00a.m. as possible.  However, due to unexpected delays, it could be anytime within that half hour time frame.  If we are not on site within 10 minutes of scheduled "start time", please feel free to contact our office to check the status of our arrival.

  2.   We can meet with either the owner(s) of the property or their representative. (i.e.-real estate agent, relative, friend)

  3.    If the building is on a slab, we only require a signed statement from the seller stating such, then we can do a drive-by to check out the driveway for compliance.  We will then fax the results to you, if you wish.
