(OWI & DWI are commonly interchangeable terms, and they refer to the the same state statute)

PAC = Prohibited Alcohol Content - ss346.63(1)b

A "PAC" citation is issued based on the results of your blood test when you are arrested for drinking & driving and your blood/alcohol content is higher than the legal limit of .08 (Change from .10, effective October 1, 2003).  This citation is commonly sent to you via U.S. Mail.
