Parking Permit Information

Monthly parking permits are available for all City owned ramps and Lot 9.
Permit rates:

$23.00 per month plus tax for one (1) entry per day at the Green Ramp (Washington), Yellow Ramp (East), Red Ramp (Midtown) and Lot 9.

$28.00 per month plus tax for unlimited daily access at the Green Ramp (Washington), Yellow Ramp (East), and Red Ramp (Midtown.)

$32.00 per month plus tax for the Blue Ramp (City Center) permits. This permit is only sold quarterly.

A $3.00 plus tax administration fee will be added to the initial purchase price of new permits/cards.

Valid window cling permits for the Blue Ramp (City Center) must be properly displayed when parked. Vehicles parked in permit areas without a valid window cling properly displayed may be issued a citation.

Lot permit is valid at Lot 9.

Permits may be purchased in calendar month increments (Jan., Feb., Mar., etc.) and may also be purchased for consecutive multiple months (Jan – Mar). Permits may only be purchased for months within the current calendar year. Permits purchased during the month will be prorated on a daily basis including Saturdays. The Deluxe permits will be $1.40 per day plus tax and the Economy permit will $1.15 per day plus tax.

No refunds are issued for unused portions of permits.

Commercial accounts must be renewed by the 25th day of the month for the following month to avoid first of the month shut-off and possible reactivation charge.

Permits must be renewed by the second working day of the month. Your access card will be turned off denying you access into the ramp on the next day. Vehicles displaying expired hang tags will be issued a citation.

Permit availability is limited at some locations due to the number of available stalls.

At times during the year a ramp may have a waiting list. If you do not renew your permit, your "spot" will be sold to the next customer on that waiting list.

Parking from 2:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. is allowed in ramps or lots with a valid permit for that ramp or lot.

Replacement charge for lost/stolen permits/cards is $3.00 plus tax.

The City is not responsible for items left in your vehicle.
