NEW LOCATION FOR THE KNITTING CLUB: Our group will now be meeting as of Wednesday, April 18, at Oneida Heights located at 614 S. Oneida St., 1:00 -2:30 p.m. We will continue to meet there through Wednesday, May 16 with no cost to attend!

NEW!! Arthritis Foundation Walk With Ease Program – The Arthritis Foundation Walk With Ease program is designed for people with or without arthritis – young and old, male and female, fit and not-so-fit. It is ideal for people who want to make walking a regular habit. The six-week program is led by a certified Arthritis Foundation Walk With Ease leader. Shown to reduce pain and increase balance and walking pace, Walk With Ease provides participants with the information and tools they need to develop a safe exercise routine that fits their unique needs and goals.
There will be an Intro class on Thursday, April 19 at Oneida heights, 1:00 p.m. FREE!

This class will meet Tuesday and Thursdays, 1:00-2:00 p.m. at Oneida Heights starting Tuesday, April 24, 6 week session.
Class fee: $12.00 Class code: 214412-T1 Instructor: Angie, a certified Arthritis Foundation teacher
