October 31, 2011 - Trick or Treat (4 pm to 8 pm)
Reminder: Appleton City Ordinance 10-47 prohibits animals within the Downtown District (Richmond Street to Drew Street, South Side of Lawrence Street to the North side of Washington Street) on the following events:
Downtown Farmers Markets, Flag Day Parade, License to Cruise, Octoberfest, Christmas Parade, Santa Scamper, or any special event that closes one or more city blocks.
