 Appleton Parks & Recreation offers a wide range of activities for people of all ages and skill levels. We look forward to your participation in and feedback about our programs.

Plan and implement recreation program opportunities to enhance the quality of life for the community.
Click on this link to find a printable registration form which you can fill out and bring in or mail to the Parks and Recreation at the 1st Floor Customer Service Area in City Hall to register for programs. If you have not registered for any programs in the past and are not in our database, click here for a Household Information Form. You must show proof of residency if you do not own your own home in the City of Appleton.
Recreation Fee Waiver is available funding for individuals of all ages who, for financial reasons, would be unable to participate in Appleton Parks and Recreation programs. Interested individuals may call 832-5905 and request an application. Proof of financial status is required.
