Connector trips must be scheduled in advance. A minimum two-hour notice is required for each ride you schedule. You can schedule one ride at a time, or you can arrange multiple rides up to 14 days in advance.
To Get Started:
The United Way 2-1-1 (or 800-924-5514) is your gateway to The Connector. You will be asked for some general information regarding your transportation needs and will then be transferred to a reservationist who can assist you with scheduling your ride.

Please note: If you need to cancel a ride with The Connector, you need to do so a minimum of one hour prior to your scheduled ride by calling 920-832-5789. Three late cancels or no-shows within a three-month period will result in a one-month suspension of service.
