Valley Transit Detours In Effect Due to Sole Burner 5/12/12
Updated detour information

Reservation Requirements

Valley Transit II
Reservation Requirements

Advance reservations are required, and must be made by before 4:30PM, the day before your trip. Reservations made no later than 4PM the day prior to your trip. If constraints develop, some service may be limited temporarily. Call Running, Inc. at 920-832-5789 to make reservations

1. Make your reservations for both going and returning at the same time, otherwise your return trip cannot be guaranteed.

2. Will-calls are available on return medical trips only, and should be mentioned when you schedule your trip. A Will-call trip allows you to leave your return trip unscheduled to accommodate the uncertainty of a medical office visit. Please call the number listed above when ready for your pick-up. Please allow at least 45 minutes or more for will-call pick-ups.

3. Cancellations: A one hour or more notice is required to cancel your trip and avoid a “no show”.

4. Riders must be ready to leave at the scheduled pick up time. The driver can only wait 5 minutes beyond the scheduled time. If you are not ready within the 5 minutes, it will count as a “no show”.

5. Calling after hours: If calling after 4:30PM, please hold on the line for will-call pick-up instructions. Please call during regular business hours to schedule trips.
