Valley Transit Detours In Effect Due to Sole Burner 5/12/12
Updated detour information

Hours & Rules

Hours of Service

The Connector is available 20 hours a day, six days a week. The Connector does not operate between the overnight hours of midnight and 4 a.m., on Sundays or on holidays.

Cancellations & Other Policies

If you need to cancel a ride with The Connector, you need to do so a minimum of one hour prior to your scheduled ride by calling 920-832-5789. Three late cancels or no-shows within a three-month period will result in a one-month suspension of service.

The Connector is governed by the same rules as the Valley Transit bus service. For more details regarding specific policies and procedures, please refer to the Valley Transit Rider’s Guide. (The Rider’s Guide is also available at the Transit Center in downtown Appleton or on any Valley Transit bus.)
