ON THE HILL ‘12 – Outdoor Movies

MOVIE ON THE HILL – Outdoor Movies
Free! Bring your blanket (no lawn chairs) and enjoy entertainment under the summer sky! Children’s games start at 7:00 p.m. and the movie will begin at dusk (approx. 8:45 p.m.) Concessions are available.
LOCATION: Appleton Memorial Park Amphitheater

PLEASE NOTE: In the event of rain or stormy weather the movie may be cancelled. Please call the Information Line at 832-3900 after 5:00 p.m. for cancellation information. THERE WILL BE NO RAIN DATES SCHEDULED.



OPEN CANOEING

Open Canoeing is held on the beautiful Appleton Memorial Park Pond immediately preceding On the Hill movies on Wednesday nights, on a first come, first serve basis. Canoes, oars and personal floatation devices are provided. All participants must wear an approved U.S. Coast Guard Life Jacket and an adult must accompany children under 10 years of age. Supervision will be provided, but instruction is not.
LOCATION: Appleton Memorial Park pond, meet at the shelter
DATES: June 27, July 18, August 1, August 15
TIMES: 6:00-8:00 p.m.
FEES: Adults: $2.00; Youth: $1.00 (age 17 and under) Fees are collected on site.
