Please fill out the Contractor Registation Form prior to downloading plans and specs (see link at bottom of page). You will then be placed on the plan holders list and will receive notification regarding amendments or updates to this bid solicitation.
Please note that revisions to a bid solicitation document may be issued by the City after the solicitation was initially published. Your bid or proposal response could be rejected if you fail to acknowledge any issued amendments and/or if you fail to submit your bid or proposal based on any published revisions to the orginal specifications or submittal instructions.
All information must be accurate, complete and current. If you fail to register and/or provide required information, you will not be notified of possible amendments or updates. In the absence of valid registration, the City shall not, under any circumstances, be responsible or liable for guaranteeing that such amendments and/or updates will be made available to you by other means.
