I want to...

I have recently built a new home. Will the construction costs be considered?

I want to know what is market value?

I want to know will I be notified if there is a change in my assessment?

I want to know what a Certificate of Appropriateness is and when it is required.

I want to post rummage sale signs on the terrace/telephone poles.
