Plans and specifications may also be picked up in the office of the City Engineer, City Center, Fifth floor, 100 N. Appleton Street, Appleton, Wisconsin 54911 There is no cost to download the Plans and Specifications from the website. Plans and specifications picked up at the office of the City Engineer will cost $50.00 for each set. No cash please. No refunds will be issued. Plans and specifications will not be mailed.
