YOGA (beginner and intermediate):
Relax and rejuvenate with invigorating yet centering poses that will bring harmony to the mind, body and spirit. Feel refreshed with improved body alignment, balance, flexibility, strength and range of motion. Breathing, meditation and guided imagery will be explored as well. Adults with or without experience and all fitness levels are encouraged to attend.
AGES: 12 through adult
