2012 "And the Winner Is.....!" Student DANCE RECITAL TICKETS

SHOW TIMES:

Thursday, April 26, 6:30 p.m. Act 1 students only

Friday, April 27, 6:30 p.m. Act 2 students only

Saturday, April 28, 1:30 p.m. All students

Saturday, April 28, 6:30 p.m. All students


Location: Xavier Fine Arts Theatre, 1600 W. Prospect Ave.

Ticket cost: $4.00 each for Thursday and Friday recitals

Ticket cost: $8.00 for each Saturday recital

Everyone ages 2 and over must have a ticket.

Reserved seating only.

Click this link at www.tix.com to order tickets online. In the search box, type your zip code to bring up the recital. Have your credit card ready and a working printer as you will print out your tickets, one sheet per ticket. No processing fee is charged.

NOTE: ONLINE TICKET SALES WILL START SATURDAY, MARCH 10 AT 8:00 A.M. THE EVENT WILL NOT SHOW UP ON THE TIX.COM EVENT SELECTION UNTIL THAT TIME.

Please call the Parks and Recreation Dept. at 920-832-5905 to purchase wheel chair seating tickets with your group, as they cannot be purchased online. Tickets will also be available for purchase at the Xavier Fine Arts Theatre box office during rehearsal and 30 minutes prior to each performance. However, please do not wait to purchase your tickets, as some shows may sell out.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• The Thursday and Friday recitals will be approximately one hour and fifteen minutes in length. The Saturday recitals will be approximately two hours and twenty minutes, including an intermission. The senior students will be recognized at the end of the Saturday evening recital.

• Flowers will be sold at intermission by the Xavier Booster Club.

• Please plan to arrive 20 minutes prior to show time to park your vehicle and take your seats. The theater is dark once the show starts and latecomers will be seated in between dance numbers by an usher.

• Additional parking is located behind the school and on the street.

• Photography is not allowed during the recital. The dancers will be videotaped by a professional photographer and the DVD is available for purchase. Order forms are at available at rehearsal and at the box office. Please plan to take your photos during rehearsal.

• No food or drink is allowed into the theater.

Please note: Classes do not meet the week of the recital, April 23-26. Instead, your student should attend their dress rehearsal from 5:00-7:30 p.m. on Monday, April 23 for Act 1 and Tuesday, April 24, 5:00-7:30 p.m. for Act 2 at the Xavier Fine Arts Theatre.
