Obtain an Application at the Human Resources Department located on the 6th Floor of the City Center, downtown Appleton. (Click here for Driving Directions to the City Center)  

Print off an application, fill out completely and mail/fax to the City's Human Resources Department. For the reason that we need a written signature we are unable to accept any applications that may arrive through email or computer connections.
