The City shall pay the
full cost, for a regular full-time employee, of the employee's
portion of the premium to the Wisconsin Retirement Fund, effective
the first day of employment.

contribution amounts are broken down into four classes of
employees (see chart below)

Upon
termination, an employee can withdraw the employee
contribution percentage only

Upon retirement,
an employee can request to draw a monthly annuity

If an employee
works less than 5 years and does not withdraw the employee
contribution at termination, a lump sum payment will be made at
retirement time
