Parking Citations

Parking citations may be paid in the ways shown below.  If you wish to contest a parking citation, please complete the parking citation review form and return it to the City of Appleton Parking Coordinator within ten (10) days of the citation being issued.  All contested citations will be reviewed by the Parking Utility manager, during which time the citation will be placed on hold and will not incur further penalties.

Ways to Make Your Payments 

For your convenience, payments can be made in the following ways:

1. Drop off:

   A.  Lobby Drop Box, City Center, 100 N. Appleton Street. Available during all mall hours.  

   B.  Night Deposit Box, 100 N. Appleton St.  Available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

2. Via U.S. Mail (P.O. Box 2519, Appleton, WI, 54912-2519)

3. By credit card online at www.officialpayments.com or by credit card via telephone to Official Payments at 1-888-357-8394. Enter the parking citation number and follow the prompts.  You can also search the parking citation database by vehicle license number.  Please note:  Official Payments Corp charges a $1 convenience fee for each parking citation transaction, regardless of the number of citations being paid.  The City of Appleton does not receive any portion of the convenience fee. 

4. In person:

Drive up Window or Lobby, City Center, 100 N. Appleton St. (Weekdays 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, except City holidays).  

The Finance Department will be closed for the following 2008 holidays:

January 1

May 26

July 4

September 1

November 27 & 28

December 24 & 25
