Real Estate Taxes

Outstanding balances on 2006 and all prior years' tax bills are considered delinquent and must be paid to the County Treasurer (Outagamie, Winnebago, or Calumet, depending on where in Appleton the property is located).  

Parking Citations

Parking citations may be paid in any of the ways shown below or via credit card online at www.officialpayments.com.  Credit card payments may also be made via telephone to Official Payments at 1-888-357-8394.

Other City Payments - Ways to Make Your Payments 

  1. Lobby Drop Box, City Center, 100 N. Appleton Street. Available during all mall hours.  Include a self addressed, stamped envelope and the City will mail your tax payment receipt.  Any applicable refund check will be processed and mailed within two weeks.  This payment box can be used for all City of Appleton payments.

  2. U.S. Mail (P.O. Box 2519, Appleton, WI, 54912-2519)

  3. Night Deposit Box, 100 N. Appleton St. 

  1. Drive up Window or Lobby, City Center, 100 N. Appleton St. (Weekdays 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, except City holidays; lines can be very long, particularly in the last week of December.).

  2. The Finance Department will be closed on the following days:

September 3rd 
November 22nd & 23rd
December 24th & 25th
January 1st 2008
