COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: Industrial and Business Parks

Northeast Business Park and Southpoint Commerce Park

A highly visible and easily accessible community of premier neighbors awaits you. The Northeast Business Park's location on US Highway 41 and State Highway 441 will provide your business the exposure and access you need.

The Southpoint Commerce Park offers fully improved sites to meet your business needs. The easily accessible park location from State Highway 441 and Calumet Street/County Highway KK makes this a superior business location. As one of the fastest growing areas in the Fox Cities, a Southpoint Commerce Park location also offers immediate access to other services, including restaurants, shopping, banking and residential developments.

Visit the links below for information on protective covenants and detailed maps of each park. All maps are PDF files, which allow you to zoom in and out and print your own copy of the map.  A business directory is also included so you can get to know your neighbors in the park. Check out the video for an immediate view of each Business Park and its amenities.

Please contact Jim Van Dyke, Appleton's Economic Development Specialist for more information on how Appleton’s Business Parks will meet your business needs.
