Help the City recognize and honor homeowners who have meticulously maintained or have made significant improvements to their property that enhance the neighborhood and community.
HOW DO I NOMINATE SOMEONE?
Select the applicable Award Nomination form (Neighborhood Improvement or Meticulous Maintenance), fill it out and submit to the address at the top of the nomination form.
WHAT ARE THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS?
Only residential properties can be nominated.
Reason(s) for nomination must be visibly noticeable (exterior only)
Only Appleton residents/Alderpersons may submit nominations.
HOW DOES THE SELECTION PROCESS WORK?
Nominations are reviewed and final award selections made by a Committee of five (5) individuals. Committee makeup includes, 2 citizens, 2 Alderpersons and 1 City staff.
Nominations received by May 15th will be considered for the June awards and November 15th for the December awards.
