The Board of Public Works shall have jurisdiction over all public buildings and grounds and shall perform such duties as outlined by State Law. Membership shall consist of the Mayor, City Clerk, City Attorney, Director of Finance, Director of Public Works, Director of Parks, Recreation and Management and the Chairman of the following standing Committees: Finance, Municipal Services, Parks and Recreation, Utilities, Safety and Licensing and Community and Economic Development. The Vice-Chair of a Committee may serve as an alternate in the absence of the Chair. The City Attorney, Director of Finance, Director of Parks, Recreation and Facilities Management and Director of Public Works may designate an alternate to attend in their absence. The City Clerk shall act as Secretary, without a vote.
