Safety and
Licensing Committee
Jurisdiction
- The Safety and Licensing
Committee shall have jurisdiction over the Police Department,
Fire Department, Office of the City Clerk, equal opportunities
issues, voting places for elections and licenses. This Committee
shall investigate all applications for licenses. This Committee
shall study all resolutions referred to it and confer with
department heads under its jurisdiction. The Police Chief, Fire
Chief, the City Clerk and an Assistant City Attorney or their
designee shall attend all meetings of the Safety and Licensing
Committee in an advisory capacity.

John Mueller; Alderperson Jeff Lutz.
Meetings

Committee meets THURSDAY of the week following Council, at 4:00
p.m., in Committee Room 6A.
