Development Committee
Jurisdiction
- The Community Development
Committee shall have jurisdiction over the Departments of
Planning and the Economic Development Division of the Mayor's
Office. The Committee shall encourage and use whatever
means necessary to foster quality economic growth and
development of the community. The committee shall assist
in the attraction, recruitment, creation, retention and
expansion of new and existing business enterprise and industry
in the City. It shall be the duty of the committee to
study all matters referred to it. The Director of Economic
Development or designee shall attend all Community Development
Committee meetings in an advisory capacity.

Peter J. Stueck; Alderperson Rebecca A. Baron
Meetings
- The Community Development
Committee meets MONDAY of the week following Council, at 5:00
p.m., in Committee Room 6A.
