2010 CITY WIDE REVALUATION 

The City Assessor's Office is reviewing all residential property assessments in the city for 2010. The last residential revaluation was in 2006.  All property in the city is revaluated every 4 years to keep assessments at 100% of market value and to maintain equity.  If your assessment is changed, you will receive a notice in July.

The Board of Review will be held in late August.  If you have questions regarding your assessed value, we encourage you to call the Assessor's office at 920-832-5950.
