Car vs. Motorcycle Injury Accident (posted April 27, 2012)
On 04/26/12 at 7:13 PM, Appleton Police were dispatched to a car vs. motorcycle injury accident at the intersection of E. Northland Ave. and N. Meade St. The adult male driver and female passenger on the motorcycle were transported to Theda Medical Center, where both remained hospitalized with serious injuries. The 17 year-old driver of the car was not injured, while her adult male passenger was treated at AMC for minor injuries and released. The Appleton PD’s Crash Investigation Team was called to the scene to investigate the incident. Neither party on the motorcycle were wearing helmets and alcohol is not considered to be a factor in the crash, which currently remains under investigation.
