Indecent Conduct Incident-Suspect Drawing (posted April 16, 2012)
The Appleton Police Department is requesting your assistance in identifying a suspect in an indecent exposure/child enticement investigation.
On April 11, 2012 at approximately 4:50 pm, an unknown white male called a 16 year old female over to his vehicle while it was parked in the area of Mason St. and Wisconsin Ave. in the City of Appleon. The male suspect appeared to be masterbating. He was described as being in his mid 30’s, clean shaven, with bushy eyebrows. The vehicle he was operating is a late model red Chevrolet sedan, 4 door, with a silver stripe across the rear.
