MISSION STATEMENT
In partnership with the Common Council and the Mayor, we will provide a safe and productive working environment, which supports the departments and the community. In a professional manner, we will anticipate and respond to the needs of the community with dignity and respect by proactively and aggressively planning, maintaining, operating and managing all City-owned properties in a safe, accessible and cost effective manner.

As stewards of the physical environment, we take pride in providing facilities that set a high standard. As a team of highly skilled individuals, we are dedicated to safe, high-quality work. We attain this through training, education and by conducting ourselves with integrity. As dependable partners, we listen and learn how our services coincide with the overall mission of the City. With this knowledge, we are flexible and available to provide service in an organized and timely manner.
Facilities Maintenance :
To provide proactive, quality and cost effective facilities maintenance services to preserve and extend the useful life of equipment, reduce maintenance expenses and to minimize downtime.
