Appleton Police Seek Assistance To Identify Assault Suspect

Winnebago Street Suspect Composite - November 2016The Appleton Police Department is asking for public assistance in identifying a suspect, who assaulted an Appleton female during the early morning hours of November 6, 2016.

The Appleton Police Department is releasing a sketch of the man who is believed to be responsible for an assault occurring in the 500 block of E. Winnebago Street. The victim reports the assailant as being unknown to her.  She described him as an adult male of unknown race.  The victim believed he was at least 6 foot tall, had a slender build and was approximately 35 years old.

The victim remains hospitalized for treatment of injuries sustained during the incident.

The Appleton Police Department is asking only for information; this individual should not be approached.  Contact your local law enforcement agency or call 911 if you are aware of his location.
